Swiss Summer Antipasto Platter with Cranky Goat Cheese

An easy and tasty antipasto platter with beautiful cured meats, chicken liver pate, an aged, firm Marlborough goat cheese which goes nicely with this chili infused apple jelly made by my chef friend Fran Nolan.

Fran has named his range BOOM! after the nick name of Blenheim, Boomtown. 

Old Tomme is a hard goat cheese with a soft texture made in the fresh, clean air of the Marlborough Sounds and matured for 4 months. It’s fruity, tangy, slightly salty finishes with a lovely nuttiness at the end goes well with the cured meats and chilli apple jelly.

Simply arrange on a board and add crackers. BOOM. Your Swiss antipasto platter is sorted.

 Also great for picnics or hiking and tramping.
